RESALE AGREEMENT

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD: 60 days

CALL US: To make an appointment within a week of the expiration date to pick up your unsold items OR:

UNSOLD ITEMS: Become the property of Rosa’s Closet after 60 days and will be donated to the Women's Resource Center, WMCAT, D.A. Blodgett for young ladies that are pulled out of their home and only have the clothes on their back, and a mission store on the West Side that helps train homeless men. Lisa personally goes through every piece making sure donations are appropriate and stay in our community giving recipients a direct impact.

COMMISSION: 40% of the net selling price (we’ll determine the price)

PAYOUT: For a balance of $25 or more. Anything less remains as in-store credit that expires after a year

It is the consignor’s responsibility to check their account and call by the expiration date if you do not call in that time your items will be donated. Rosa’s Closet reserves the right to establish all pricing and discounts. We are not responsible for item damages due to accidents, theft, fire, or flood occurrences.
